§ How it works — Three steps

  1. Stmt. 01

    Apply as a stockist

    Tell us about your business — store name, business type, and contact details — using the form below. An ARTBIRTH representative will reply by email within 3–7 business days.

  2. Stmt. 02

    Review & terms

    We confirm that your world view and the artists' work are a good fit. Trading terms (wholesale rate, minimum order, payment terms, etc.) are discussed individually by email or video call.

  3. Stmt. 03

    Order via your private portal

    Once approved, we issue you a dedicated account. Log in at /en/wholesale/login with your ID and password to see a catalogue with your wholesale prices. Choose the pieces you want and send an order request. ARTBIRTH confirms the order, produces to order, and ships.

§ Terms

Trading terms at a glance.

Minimum order

From ¥50,000 (excl. tax) per order as a guideline.

Wholesale rate

Discussed individually, based on your business type, volume and continuity (as a rate against retail price).

Made to order

Rather than holding stock, we produce and ship after receiving your request. Lead time varies by piece and quantity, and is confirmed individually once your order is placed.

Payment

Bank transfer (before dispatch, or end-of-month closing / next-month-end). Details are agreed at contract. All prices and invoices are in Japanese yen (JPY).

International

We ship worldwide. International freight is quoted individually based on weight and destination, and billed separately from the wholesale invoice. A commercial invoice for customs is provided.

Studio works by Shota Miyashita and Hijiri Tougane, and brand works such as G-E-N and HINOMIYA. See the catalogue after logging in.
